Where Financial District homes are the priciest per-square-feet, averaging $1,018 per foot, Nob Hill is rated as an area that delivers the “Most House for the Money.” The city’s most exclusive areas range form Sea Cliff—a neighborhood known for Mediterranean-Style villas perched over the Pacific—to Presidio Heights, with its beautiful view homes and historic mansions.
