I am in the process of updating the content of the website. I am also contemplating changing the format of the neighborhood update for a total MLS format. I will try to avoid any interruption of services. The year has brought some interesting changes in the market. The good news is interest rates although slightly on the increase remain at close to historic lows which is continuing to fuel the buying trends. As the market changes so does the need for timely accurate information to take advantage of these very unique Real Estate times. The market remains extremely active throughout Marin and Sonoma although the transition has created challenges that need to be addressed.
